[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide computer refresh and buy back services including
- Project Management Services
work with csn during the project to determine the daily project plan, manage and coordinate all project related task, ensure that the project is adequately staffed at all times on each campus, staff is equipped with a company cell phone or 2-way radio to communicate effectively with the project staff.
- Transportation and Storage
csn will purchase 768 lenovo desktop computers and 74 mac computers, delivery transportation of the new computers from to the installation location and then transport the de-installed computers back, ensure computers are secured in transit to eliminate the risk of damage and theft, provide all necessary equipment and tools to perform this service.
- Installation
install new computer systems in scheduled computer laboratory and classroom with all new associated peripheral equipment; monitor, keyboard, mouse and mouse pad, plug in power cords to csn power source, power on the computer system and confirm the power and network LED’s are performing to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
