(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations outreach and education campaigns services for establishing a web page, brochure, map and collateral materials that educate visitors in how to access and use parking, shared-use trail, shoreline trails and transit, develop a creative brand for the system, market the system through various media outlets and public outreach methods, creative approach to education and marketing for public project, web page development and management experience for public agencies and social media development, management, and reporting experience for public agencies.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 23, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
