[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative and medical records management and storage services for relating to preparing, scanning and indexing paper records, assist, merge and securely transport stored electronic records from contracted third-party facility and manage the transition and securely relocate stored physical records.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and indexing services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in pdf and tiff file format.
(3) Approximately work volume will be 1,729,500 images.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2018.
(5) Contract period will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
