[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide formative and summative evaluation services for develop a specific work plan for each evaluation phase and plan and conduct evaluations, ensure appropriate input and review of the evaluation approach, ensure mutual understanding of the assessment goals or outputs and develop the framework and metrics for data collection to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 18, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than June 25, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
