(1) Vendor needs to provide automated meter reading and advanced meter infrastructure feasibility study and strategic plan services that includes options and recommendations for a system-wide solution approach, deployment time period, deployment strategy like geographical, targeted, opportunistic, meter maintenance and management program, potential funding options and customer engagement strategy to include a comprehensive internal and external communication plan that will increase customer engagement, surveys, focus groups, deployment strategy and assistance transitioning to new technology or features.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
