[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide administration and construction management services for resident project representative and licensed project engineer and certified construction manager project manager for transportation flood control construction projects with an approximate construction contract value of less than $5 million, inspect and document contractor's work, prepare pay requests and change orders and as needed to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 8, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than August 24, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be three years.
