[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property owner and landlord engagement service to the government authority located in Clark County, NV.
- Develops and administers various housing programs that serve precariously housed clients transitioning into a permanent housing situation.
- Costs associated with vacancies, advertising, and staff members are reduced as new tenants are identified and moved into housing quickly.
- Communicate vacancies when notification becomes available with unit size and amenities.
- Communicate with case management any tenant issues or breach of lease concerns and assist with
negotiating resolution.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
