[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SMART 21 solution and implementation services.
- Enabling technologies such as an integration platform to integrate with legacy applications,
master data management to ensure data integrity across the solution components, business
intelligence reporting capabilities, and externalized security authentication.
- Implementation services including project management, requirements validation and elaboration,
business process design and solution configuration, integration services, data
migration/conversion, solution testing, support for user acceptance testing, solution training,
production service center/help desk support services, support for turnover transition and post turnover support.
- Incorporate business process improvements across all State departments and divisions as
Appropriate.
- Provide employees and managers with direct access, as appropriate, to personnel, payroll, time
and attendance, and benefit information.
- Enable the State to more efficiently conduct business with its contractors and services providers
through the expansion of electronic commerce.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 17, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for ten years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
