[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital operating services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Simplify the user interface to start and manage an operating agreement;
- Secure each digital operating agreement;
- Ensure security and auditability of all Digital Operating Services functions;
- Secure and track workflow approvals and rejections by each member;
- Maintain operating agreement versions and track member interactions and decisions;
- Provide electronic notifications based on status, review requests and modifications
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
