[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide reprographic services must have ability to distribute bid documents and drawings and accurately maintain a plan holders list, record and track all orders by purchase order number and project number, maintain a current sample of hardcopy set(s) for print reference, on-line access for electronic transfer of printing requests and an online ordering system for electronic submittals, maintain all delivery records and transmittals, quality control system drawing sets need to be checked to set indexes, prints should be inspected prior to leaving the print shop for readability and single point of contact for assistance and a secondary contact familiar with account to the government authority located Las Vegas, NV.
- Account management of detailed monthly account statements, record of orders placed, detailed project cost reporting, comprehensive print tracking and reporting, authorized users list, as requested and production logs.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 16, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
