[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone franchise fee audit services
- Perform a telephone franchise fee audit researching a minimum of one year up to three years to ensure compliance with existing franchise terms and conditions, including a review and validation of the franchise fee payments made to the city and the verification that all franchise fee payments have been made to the city as required.
- Provide a comprehensive and defensible audit report, work papers, and correspondence for assessment and review.
- Provide verbal and written audit updates to the Internal Auditor at a minimum of once every two weeks.
- Maintain adequate staff levels to ensure all services outlined in the contract to be negotiated are provided in an efficient, timely and professional manner, including ensuring that staff members are adequately trained and the training is ongoing to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.
