[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online and e-learning course content services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Provide skill and competency-based training courses to approximately 10,000 full and part-time employees.
- Training should be both hosted and developed content including 24 x 7 course availability, Tracking and Notification, etc.
- Provides access to multiple tracks of training content would include administrative, communication skills, customer service, finance, human resources, information technology, interpersonal skills, supervision and leadership development, etc.
- Provides content that includes simulated and real-life situations, Creates opportunities for interactive learning, Provides various content delivery options for learners, Offers a means of surveying learners for feedback and Delivers course content that is regularly updated.
- Ability to identify mandatory learning courses, ability to send email notification, access to customer support with less than 24-hour response, scalability of content and contract costs for adding future content, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 19, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
