[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide licensing database system and creates the certificate of compliance, fire standard compliant cigarette and fire and life safety inspection database system for helps automate as many processes as possible within the technical and system requirements.
- Provided an investigation portal,
- Provide an automated inspection portal,
- Allow the use of tablets and programming,
- Provide a portal and access for jurisdictions and inspectors or investigators to view information,
- Provide an easy to use web interface for customers and companies,
- Provide an easy to navigate user interface for administrative functions system,
- Provide a pre-production environment to facilitate testing, the user interface, and training project tasks,
- Provide documentation on the use of the implemented solution,
- Provided documentation for the troubleshooting necessary to correct the use of all administrative system controls,
- Provide on-site support for “go live” implementation, - Provide a warranty support agreement approved by all parties.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 10, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
