[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide federal lobbyist services for lobbying services and governmental affairs consulting services at a federal level and selected consultant or consulting firm will be expected to perform all technical and other analyses, as well as provide presentations and written reports of superior quality necessary to complete services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Will monitor and provide regular reports on current legislation, the federal budget process, and events at the federal levels that may directly or indirectly impact the RTAA
- Will work with the RTAA in coordination of a legislative program, which includes the development of legislative positions and platforms, as well as drafting proposed legislation when appropriate
- Will obtain and monitor all bills that may have an impact on the RTAA
- Will provide strategic counsel for the resolution of issues, and identify impacts that proposed resolutions may have on the operation and funding of the RTAA
- Will remain in frequent contact with Members of Congress and staff, as well as committee and federal agency staff, on matters concerning the development of the RTAA and future appropriations or grants impacting the RTAA
- Will keep policy makers aware of the potential effect of legislation and regulations relative to the RTAA interests at all federal levels of government
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.
(3) Contract period for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
