[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technology application redesign system for reduce average customer on-hold wait time, increase customer self-service opportunities, increase detection of fraudulent transactions across the organization, ability to rapidly implement automation changes to respond to evolving business needs, manage data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the department, ability to implement changes quickly to respond to new and revised regulatory, compliance and safety requirements, identifying, reporting, and preventing fraud throughout all business activities, easy to obtain and useable manner to enable proactive customer service, capabilities to ensure the protection and integrity of customer data and compliance, manage customer interactions and ensure the protection and integrity of customer data and compliance.
(2) A mandatory vendor conference will be held on November 15, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 26, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
