[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer service satisfaction survey service to solicit feedback to help improve state transportation facilities and customer service to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Help refine and finalize research goals.
- Recommend survey methodology (e.g. telephone, web-based) and/or other data collection tools (e.g. focus groups, personal interviews).
- Develop surveys/questions per best industry practices.
- Pre-test survey questions and revise.
- Analyze data as it relates to survey goals
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
