[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide charter bus transportation services include day and overnight recreational trips for youth, adults, and senior citizen populations as a part of these city-sponsored programs, and part of these programs, charter bus transportation services from fully licensed and qualified transportation companies are required, services will include round trip local and nonlocal charter bus transportation services for all participants and city personnel of city-sponsored programs, services shall also include vehicle, driver, labor, gratuity, fuel, fuel surcharges and any other miscellaneous charges that may apply to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Buses must be able to transport a minimum of 54 passengers, including buses with two-wheel chair spots when requested.
- All buses are to have a fully functioning air conditioning and heating for use during appropriate seasons.
- Buses are to have chains and be able to climb mountain hills for winter trips
- Buses must be well maintained and in clean and neat conditions, the exterior of the bus will be clean with all signals and lights in operable condition and the interior will be neat with no tears or holes in the seats.
- Buses must have storage space available for luggage and bins for holding lunches, snacks, or water.
- Buses for nonlocal destinations shall include restrooms.
- Buses must remain at the site with the city group
