[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide roadway inventory data collection and applications services to identify the technologies, methodologies, costs, data dictionary gaps, and time required to develop the following database, maps, and applications, public roadway GIS (Geographic Information System) map with a linear referencing system (LRS), or a similar technology to allow users to identify roadway features on a segment of a road, LRS database to describe the basic information of the roadways, including one-way street, illumination condition, speed limits, number of lanes, through lanes, and making material. Refer to the data dictionary for detail, LRS database to describe the cross-sectional information on the roadways, including the type, width, material of each feature. Refer to the data dictionary for the features and high-definition photo log database that contains the drive-through style images to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 17, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
