[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic commission information system to ensure the vendor has a clear understanding of the AC’s requirements, map the requirements to their system, identify gaps and identify options to address the gaps.
- to develop a design document that describes the system architecture, the software and hardware components.
- Licensing (applications and renewals),
- Pre-Fight Preparation, Scheduling and Setup,
- Event Administration and Oversight,
- Post-Fight,
- Investigations and Enforcement,
- Develop a comprehensive approach for handling communications, Effective communication is critical to the development of productive relationships, communication plan shall include, but not be limited to: a plan for generation, documentation, storage, transmission and disposal of all project information,
- Develop a risk management plan to ensure that risks are identified, planned for, analysed, communicated and acted upon effectively.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
