[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources management system for fully integrated and comprehensive enterprise system incorporating current best practices for the electronic management, compliance, processing and reporting of all personnel, payroll, core human resources management functions, recruitment, applicant management and onboarding, training management tracking, benefits administration and open enrollment, position control and budgeting, payroll administration and processing, prepare and manage a data migration plan to populate applications with historical and current personnel and payroll information, maintain current and historical employee demographic data, including name, addresses, position, location, compensation, benefits, training and performance, ability to track various user defined items, ability to generate e-mail alerts based on system or user defined events, maintains audit trails of employee data updates by date, time, and origin of update, ability to brand applicant portal and materials, allows applicants to sign-up to receive automated email job alerts when positions, ability to provide electronic new hire packets via an employee/applicant portal, ability to electronically report eligibility to third party administrators and carriers, allows for on-line enrollment for new hires, annual open enrollment and qualifying events, tracks employee licenses and certification and expiration dates, ability to send electronic copies of pay stubs, support multiple bank accounts for direct deposit, allows managers or payroll administrators to adjust submitted timecards.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than February 15, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
