Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for advanced traffic management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced traffic management system with continued improvements to vehicle detection equipment, signal displays, communications infrastructure, and several new time of day signal timing plans developed by consultant teams.
- Central software shall incorporate a means for client workstations and laptop computers to be automatically updated with new versions that are installed on the server, the system shall not limit the number of user accounts that can be defined to allow and grant access, capable of automatically sending alphanumeric messages to cellular telephones and email addresses upon detecting problems with the system or from any device, capable of automatic traffic responsive operations, allow for a host of traffic engineering analysis tools of signal operations including history.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than February 15, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
