[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide travel services to arrange the booking and travel to ho chi Minh, Vietnam and Bangkok, Thailand for students and faculty attending the 720 international seminars to be held from November 29, 2019 to December 8, 2019 to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- This trip is for both business and cultural enrichment, therefore a complete itinerary developed to support these objectives is required
- This includes arranging no less than four business related visits a local market immersion learning experience a social impact and service learning opportunity all transportation specified meals and english-speaking guides to ensure the most educational experience possible for the students
- Maintain 24/7 emergency service line, staffed by trained travel professionals
- provide a secure online registration and payment platform to collect essential traveller details related to health and dietary concerns, roommate preferences and special travel requests, as well as collect any student payments
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 19, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
