(1) Vendor needs to provide human services transportation plan update to engage specialized transportation services providers in order to update the inventory of existing transportation services, develop goals, objectives and strategies, identify service gaps, incorporate the addition of transportation network companies and new emerging technologies, and develop an actionable implementation plan to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
