(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services for auditor is to provide an “in-relation-to” report on the schedule of federal financial assistance based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the financial statements including the auditor’s responsibility under generally accepted auditing standards and government auditing standards, Significant accounting policies, Management judgments and accounting estimates. Significant audit adjustments, Other information in documents containing audited financial statements, Disagreements with management, Management consultation with other accountants, Major issues discussed with management prior to retention, Difficulties encountered in performing the audit.to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 14, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
