[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel services to provide legal services on a contingent fee basis to assist in the Opioid Litigation, The Opioid Litigation includes, without limitation, the Lawsuit, as well as any and all other claims or causes of action related to the cause or contribution to the opioid epidemic to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- including attorney time, to prosecute the Opioid Litigation, including the Lawsuit and any additional action, faithfully and with due diligence to its conclusion, including the exhaustion of any and all appeals by defendants.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
