[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire curtain maintenance project with asbestos abatement to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Fire curtain – preparation of space, fire curtain, and installation: the fire curtain system must meet all applicable entertainment services and technology association, the fire curtain should be able to be used outside of the fire alarm panel, and needs to be operational outside of the trip system to lower curtain
- Asbestos abatement: provide a copy of the license.
- Asbestos air monitoring
- Bring curtain onto stage level, but do not remove curtain from track system.
- Use certified riggers to climb the wall to inspect and prepare arbor.
- Temporarily install a 2- ton chain hoist and lift arbor and hold arbor in- out position.
- Expose tracks and carriers on wall/smoke pocket area.
- Prepare ropes and lines for abatement team to fully remove curtain if needed
- Upon inspection of curtain finish any other work needed to create a safe working environment
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 3,2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
