[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services for employees and household members who are experiencing life problems for problems related, but not limited to: stress, family, work, grief, smoking cessation, alcohol and drug abuse, marriage and divorce, depression, parent-child relations, child, spouse abuse, aging, eldercare, eating disorders, financial and credit problems, gambling, conflict resolution, serious illness and death of a family member and mental health issues to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
