[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide conservation database solution will incorporate uploading, creating, adding, editing, deleting, merging, querying, and exporting and printing geospatial and tabular data in a web-accessible database system capable of handling several different, but sometimes connected, one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-one relationships among datasets. database information and work-flow processes should be clearly presented to the user in a format that is clean, user-friendly, and intuitive.
- Sensitive information in existing legacy applications shall encrypt data as is practical
- All information technology services and systems developed or acquired by agencies shall have documented security specifications that include an analysis of security risks and recommended controls
- Security requirements and evaluation and test procedures shall be included in all solicitation documents and acquisition specifications.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
