Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for after-hours inbound emergency physician telephone answering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours inbound emergency physician telephone answering services for seven (7) days a week, to include weekends and holidays, and are anticipated 365 days out of the calendar year.
- Services shall be provided from 4:00 pm to 7:30 am for all areas of coverage based on the individual time zones within the coordinated universal time or world clock.
(2) Approximate call volume is 20 emergency calls per month for the entire region.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 15, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
(5) This bid is set aside for total small business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
