[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide threat and hazard identification and risk assessment and stakeholder preparedness review who will assist with the support, management, outreach and reporting of the THIRA/SPR process, develop scenario context based on the identified list of threats and hazards, scenario definitions are to align with existing documents to ensure continuity in planning efforts and based on the previous step of determining current capabilities and changes, assist communities in identifying gaps in the planning, organization, equipment, training and exercise (POETE) functional area to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 26, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
