[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online crash reports and investigative tools to contract with a third-party vendor that will make crash reports for the Highway Patrol available online, relieving NHP office personnel of these time-consuming duties. The service envisioned will provide the public with greatly improved access to the reports, and will collect appropriate fees from the customers online, including credit and debit card payments. An ideal vendor will handle all billing and provide full accounting of each transaction to the highway patrol. The on-line portal provided by the vendor must be searchable by users for specific crashes service will not collect customer personally identifiable information. The databased system must be maintained, preserved and backed up in a well-organized manner, the databased system must be limited to authorized users and secured at all times, Provide Highway Patrol with accurate accounting of each transaction, provided by monthly reporting, Ability of all divisions to access investigative tools offered by the vendor, regarding vehicle and license plate information, To provide an on-line option to the public to recover and pay for Crash reports via an on-line portal, Access to information and tools collected by the vendor, regarding vehicle and license plate information, for use by the divisions for investigative purposes, The ability to link with other law enforcement software, Ability for all divisions to access investigative tools offered by the vendor, regarding vehicle and license plate information.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 30, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
