[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainability consultant services with a comprehensive audit, recommended plan of action and best industry practices that will create a competitive advantage for the LVCVA within the industry. a sustainability committee has been established to guide and document appropriate actions, processes and applications supporting the organizational commitment of greening and sustainability.
- The consultant will focus on areas that have any impacts on the environment including
- Energy management
- Waste management
- Emissions
- Carbon footprint
- Procedures/processes
- The project involves the design, development and implementation of a program with a positive environmental, and long-term business bottom line impact. the program must be realistically executable, innovative and engages employees at all levels, creating a competitive edge and positing the as an industry leader.
- Sustainability Audit Requirements:
- On-site, in person kick-off meeting with relevant LVCC staff
- On-site, in-person interviews of LVCC building partners
- On-site audit of relevant facilities, practices and procedures
- Interviews of select LVCC clients to ascertain expectations
- Assessment of convention center industry best practices
- Bi-weekly project updates
- Audit term should not exceed 90 days from date of execution to the government authority locate in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 8, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
