[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for feasibility studies, design criteria development, preliminary design, and staff augmentation for design management associated with planned improvements in the southern portion of its transmission system,
- The professional services requested include expertise in the following:
- Risk based assessment of pipeline alignments and location of facilities,
- Large diameter steel water transmission pipelines, greater that 72-inches in diameter,
- Rights of way, easement acquisition and land acquisition,
- Potable water pumping stations,
- Potable water storage reservoirs,
- Construction cost estimating,
- Project controls, scheduling and management,
- Construction means and methods for water transmission facilities to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) The meeting will be held on May 9, 2019.
