Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for online course production.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online course production to create for gaming law as a pilot project to determine interest in an online certificate or graduate-level program to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Creation of online media assets, such as: animated and voiced-over storyboard scenarios, royalty-free music, static and animated infographics with voice-over, animated flashcards with or without video, hot spot media with expanded pop-out information, hosting services etc,
- Inclusion of all voiceover production in english, in a professional American accent with both male and female voices, no computer-generated voice assets will be approved,
- Creation of scripts which will be approved by law for the assets listed above from the written documents provided by law instructional designers,
- Coordination of efforts with the law design team and management to ensure quality and consistency of product, contact will be made via phone, email, and other file sharing software,
- Suggest and provide creative solutions based on the course content for the assets which are to be created,
- Contractor shall provide the following marketing and recruiting services: outline strategies recommended for marketing, advertising, and promotions for online marketing, print ads, social media sponsorship, banner ads, or additional methods,
- Project Management and coordination with advertisers and media,
- Provide all design, creative direction, copy, photos, print, and mailing.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 9, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
