Vendor needs to provide voice over internet protocol phone system for Installation and configuration services for the equipment, assure that they have performed adequate network performance reviews, or a site visit, in order to ensure the proposed VOIP telephone system will be certified to function at optimal performance levels under the proposed network structure, permit user to forward incoming calls to another phone, transfer a call in progress to an internal extension or external number without attendant intervention, a user can answer a call while already engaged in another call and manage the phone equipment and system.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
