[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership coaching services at UNIVERSITY OF state, supports the professional development of the University’s current, new and emerging leaders from a strengths-based perspective to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Provides leaders with opportunities to refine existing skills and acquire new skills that are required to develop and lead a successful, effective organization
- Assess the client’s needs and goals based on individual meetings with the client and joint meetings with the client and the sponsor
- In conjunction with the client, define and determine actions
- Determine with the client what success would look like for him or her
- Provide clear written guidance and next steps to the coaching client
- Document progress towards achieving the coaching client’s goals
- Establish schedule for periodic reports to the sponsor on the progress of each coaching client
- Schedule routine coaching sessions in a timeframe and structure that respects the regular workload of the client and allows appropriate time for taking action.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
