[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website development service for Make information on Environmental Improvement Projects transparent and accessible to the public,
- Provide enhancements to the existing integrated web‐enabled database and reporting systems for cost‐efficient restoration,
- To optimize web‐enabled databases that maintain, distribute and report on numerous agencies’ accomplishments and on‐the‐ground environmental improvement actions,
- Project Tracker drives agency coordination on projects, allows for easy project reporting and the ability to display the aggregated data and the collective impact,
- The Tracker also drives public accountability, showing where public funds have been utilized and the accomplishments achieved, ensuring that funds used for projects and programs are being
used to make progress towards achieving,
- Create additional production ready PDF reports for other areas including performance measures, action priorities, sub‐categories, etc.
- To allow better management of the list and update budget and expenditure displays to improve analysis on budgets and expenditures for management staff,
- Improve the display of monitoring data on threshold indicator pages and link the monitoring data tables to the monitoring dashboard,
- Improve display of on threshold indicator sheets to clearly illustrate actions, intermediate results, and outcomes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
