Government authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for transit system and facilities security service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit system and facilities security service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Providing security services in the public sector (preferably in public transit), to include Account Manager(s) and Assistant Manager(s), Armed Security Officers, Unarmed Security Officers, Lead Armed Officers, Armed Supervisors, Dispatchers, Mobile Rapid Response Officers and Administrative support staff which will be dedicated to the RTC Contract. In addition, RTC is seeking a Service Provider, which offers innovative technology.
- The Service Provider will be responsible for providing highly qualified, professional, alert, decisive, proactive security personnel with an emphasis on customer service and ambassadorship.
- These services encompass fixed facilities, transit system, fare verification and enforcement, roving security patrol, lost and found, task force teams and special events.
- These services are currently provided using a combination of Armed and Unarmed Security Officers that are managed by the Service Provider using a Security Account Manager, Assistant Security Account Managers, Armed Security Supervisors, and Leads Armed Officer.
- Providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Endeavouring to provide passenger/customer safety.
- Conducting surveillance for suspicious activities/individuals and unusual packages.
- Patrolling the perimeter and interior of the facility/site.
- Contacting and/or assisting local public safety agencies should an emergency occur.
- Oversee and/or assist with facility/area evacuations.
- TVM support (Cash and Transit and TVM service).
- Enforcing and complying with the RTC’s fare policy and structure.
- Alarm Monitoring
- Dispatch Services
(2) A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held on September 3, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 24, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
