[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide annual audit services to audit for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2019 (FY2019), September 30, 2020 (FY2020), September 30, 2021 (FY2021), September 20, 2022 (FY2022), September 30, 2023 (FY2023) and September 30, 2024, performed in accordance with
generally accepted auditing standards, and will additionally require compliance testing and a study of internal accounting controls and to certify that each and every audit is performed in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) All question had been submitted on August 1, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
