[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design service using content management system include public facing website replacement, user testing, content audit, design, development, content revisions/recommendations of top identified pages, analytics integration and setup (suggested source), migration, quality assurance, training and documentation for each level of the department’s proposed hierarchy, webpages with configurable and responsive templates.
- Create a clear, instinctual path for customers to follow as they prepare for their specific state experience or needs, improve the overall website experience and user flow, create simple and easy‐to‐use services online such as a contact us page, simple subscription lists and small databases to support dynamic webpages; create a sustainable workflow to manage content contributions from state staff in various divisions; provide a hierarchy of permissions based on user profiles, separate design from content to only allow content contributors (based on permissions) to make edit, create configurable website templates for use within the CMS, utilize staff and customer feedback to understand and customize the user experience during the design process, provide simple, manageable, and intuitive website maintenance, smart search capabilities; and hosted cloud solution to allow flexibility, maintainability, and sustainability.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
