(1) Vendor needs to provide local technical assistance program administrator services to help local agencies increase the quality and safety of their surface transportation system to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and management, is important
- Identify and develop transportation competencies and identify resources available to meet needs
- Develop an auditable approach for matching agreed competency levels with actuals and resulting training outcomes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
