[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Nevada.
- Receive high-resolution PDFs
- Assist with color corrections as needed
- Produce color proofs
- Online proofs
- Saddle Stitching and Perfect binding
- Possible Gatefold production
- Address data/load/conversion – please discuss preferred file format and any character limitations.
- Zip+4 coding/CASS certification
- Facilitate ACS (Address Change Service) and generate key line per current and future USPS participation requirements
- USPS Intelligent Bar Code capability when required by USPS
- NCOA service: Provide within two (2) to four (4) days of submission, a CVS file of NCOA data
that includes all data fields in the original data file provided in addition to the updated address
information from NCOA including the update codes.
- Merge/purge
- Pre-sort and reports
- Inkjet addresses
- Capacity to include bind-in cards, ride-along brochures, blow-in cards, or other collateral materials
- Polybag
- Prepare postal forms
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
