[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide space management, facilities maintenance services, real estate and environmental health and safety system to include software, implementation services, training and technical support from a single vendor.
- reduction in integrations and duplicative data entry would be achieved, in addition to providing a more real-time access of space data
- Combining systems that make heavy use of space data dictates that the common definition of space is more than parcel, building, and room
- Electronic display on the south entrance wall of the Health Sciences building
- Space Management in a custom developed application inside PeopleSoft with floor plans managed in AutoCAD and mapping in GIS
- Custom developed waste management application
- Assessment tracking software
- GIS custom applications to handle Mapping egress
- web-based system that will support maintenance of a hierarchical structure of location information, eliminate duplicate entry of space data and floor plan updates, has mobile applications, is flexible and easily modifiable, has change management process capabilities, and increases visibility of data and floor plans
- Able to utilize a relational hierarchy for location information
- Able to support a robust security structure with role-based access to space information
- Able to store a complete list of owned or managed land parcel data including number, size, and level of required maintenance
- Able to group buildings based on user-defined criteria
- Able to maintain a historical log of room changes by user
- Able to create custom report calculations
- Able to share space information with ERP HR/Financial software.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than September 10, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
