(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive master plan and development code rewrite to develop a modern and user-friendly master plan and development code to guide development in diverse communities and environments experiencing a variety of growth patterns to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 28, 2019.
