[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 2020 census media services for skills and experience in the following areas- public relations, project management, communications, and media purchasing, digital communications including updating website design, content and social media, as well as addressing mis-information or dis-information that could negatively impact responses,
- To develop an overall plan for Census 2020 promotion to ensure all are counted.
- Work with the Complete Count Committee, the Census Bureau’s “2020 Census Barriers, Attitudes, and Motivators Study Survey;” the Census Bureau’s Response Outreach Area Mapper, and stakeholders to identify Nevada specific hard to count populations,
- Encouraged to think creatively and utilize technology, such as mobile devices and social media, to recommend innovative ways to effectively and quickly communicate to diverse communities, especially it’s hard to count communities,
- Communications plan shall also include innovative tactics and tools that can be used to identify, report, track, and rapidly respond to misinformation campaigns, which target diverse communities, especially the communities and discourage census participation,
- An outline for a rapid response and miscommunication strategy, detailing predicted challenges and media solutions, and provide communications counsel to the state, subcontractors and vendors through duration of 2020 census outreach and public relations efforts,
- Messaging plan must address how rapid messaging adjustments will be made and what resources and tactics will be utilized,
- Develop the overall visual branding of the state-wide campaign, to effectively communicate messaging to diverse population,
- Create campaign imagery and style standards (fonts, colours, etc.) to be used and adapted for state-wide and regional communications and advertisements,
- Provide a social media strategy and timeline, which includes the development of campaign branded channels and targeted advertisements,
- Provide a campaign strategy and timeline that will influence, inform, and support the State’s internal social media efforts utilizing existing state twitter and social media accounts,
- Social media amplification by working with existing local and national relationships in the areas of sports, arts, and other industries,
- Television, broadcast and cable tv with a broad reach in varied day parts and programming and placement,
- Provide a campaign strategy and timeline that will influence, inform, and support the CCC earned media strategy, and identify event opportunities for earn media.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 13,2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
