(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation agency safety plan services for operators of public transportation systems that receive federal funds to develop safety plans that include the processes and procedures to implement Safety Management Systems to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- review and editing prior to final product
- Safety performance targets, and methodology for setting future targets
- Safety risk management process, including methods for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
