Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for dangers of abandoned mines video production services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dangers of abandoned mines video production services, video production and still imagery services,
- To create the following:
- One full-length informational video;
- Two shortened public service announcement (PSA) videos;
- Up to three shorter cuts (videos); and
- 20-30 still images captured during video production; on the dangers of abandoned mines,
- Capable experience capturing aerial drone video and stills; have experience hiring and working with talent in video productions; have at least 5-years of recent experience in video productions; have past experience in producing PSAs or similar videos, experience with obtaining and managing music rights,
- Generate a script, shot sequence and storyboard using previous videos as a template,
- A script shot sequence and storyboard for (1) 4-8-minute video on the dangers of abandoned mines,
- Generate a list of locations and personnel needed for capturing video footage in and around abandoned mines,
- A list of personnel required to be present (crew, actors, etc.) for filming near abandoned mines,
- Produce a draft version of a 4-8-minute video on the dangers of abandoned mines,
- 4-8-minute informational video similar to the one the Division currently uses,
- Develop shortened PSA-type cuts for use on various social media platforms,
- Use video captured for the full-length (4-8 minute) informational video to produce the shortened like cuts,
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 19, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
