[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide veteran information system application to analyze the structure of the application, make changes as requested, and create data connectors to facilitate data sharing with other state partners.
- Agency is requesting information, solutions, concepts, and interest for contractor- Maintain and improved the existing veteran information system application that utilizes Microsoft.
- Optimize existing veteran information system source code to ensure security of sensitive veteran information
- Modify veteran information system source code as necessary to enhance the customer relationship management functionality
- To select a Vendor with expertise in modifying existing Microsoft .NET, C#, MSSQL application source code
- On-time and on-budget solution which meets the scope
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 8, 2019.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
