Vendor needs to provide compensation consulting services to gain information and a recommendation on the pay practices and competitiveness of the executive level positions, that will include an evaluation of the current pay structures and ensure internal equity to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Thorough understanding of the total compensation package relative to the public sector, hospitality and direct marketing organizations at all levels of the executive class,
- Appropriate alignment of all executive level positions within pay grades equal to the determined market and internal equity factors,
- Internal pay equity analysis and any recommendations for change.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
