Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for grants management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grants management system for statewide implementation.
- Microsoft Office 365 suite, including but not limited to Skype for Business, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, and SharePoint, as well as browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge and Safari.
- Ad-hoc Excel workbooks to manage the details of a grant, and separately enter only reimbursements and drawdowns into the State’s financial management system. This data will not be migrated with the new system.
- Stand-alone grant management systems are currently used by approximately (5-10) agencies. These systems are not interfaced with the State. The State does not expect the selected vendor to interface with these stand-alone grant management systems. These agencies will implement the new statewide enterprise grant management solution as their contracts expire. This data will not be migrated with the new system.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 17, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
